Our strengths

As a new course, we believe we have learned a lot from the other courses that are currently available. We carried out considerable research amongst practising homeopaths to find out exactly what the perfect course should have. We have implemented the findings of this research into the development of our course, and as a result, our course has some major strengths:

Our course is currently one of the most competitively priced courses available. The competitive pricing is even more apparent when you consider that there are no hidden extras, such as certain teaching modules, clinical training, books, remedies and postgraduate training (see below).

An understanding of Medical Sciences, Anatomy and Nutrition are invaluable to a Homeopath when they enter practice. The Aroga Course provides this training as part of the course, which means there are no extra costs for this.

As part of all homeopathy courses, you need to gain clinical training, by observing practising Homeopaths while they take cases. There is generally a requirement of between 100 and 150 hours of clinical training required. Most Schools require you to find this training yourself, with Homeopaths in your area, and there is a cost of around £30 per day for this, and each day will contribute around 5 hours towards your clinical hours. To gain your full 100-150 hours can cost around £1000. At the Aroga School, this clinical training is provided at the School, as part of the teaching in years 3 and 4. And furthermore, the cost of this clinical training is included in the course fee.

You will find that most Homeopathic Schools require you to purchase a pack of books each year, costing around £500 per year. In our survey, more Homeopaths stated that most of these books were little used, and certainly not after going into practice. This seems like an enormous waste of your resources, so at the Aroga School we have a School Library. Students can borrow books free of charge.

Another major outlay for students is the purchase of remedies while they are taking their acute and chronic cases. The Aroga School provides a free Student Pharmacy for the use of all students.

One of the biggest strengths of the Aroga School is our inclusion of advanced homeopathic training on the course - training that all other Schools consider to be postgraduate training. So while other Schools may give you an introductory understanding of, among others, Scholten and Sankaran, at the Aroga School we provide full in-depth training in these methodologies. There is no need for costly, and time consuming additional study after you complete your studies here at the Aroga School - you graduate with the most in-depth knowledge and skills at your disposal, and you hit the ground of homeopathic practice, running.
